All vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking. Vouchers cannot be redeemed until 24 hours after purchase. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the voucher start date shown on the voucher. Unless otherwise stated, the voucher start date is the date of purchase. Once a voucher has been redeemed for the first time, any remaining balance must be used during the same visit. Any unused balance will be forfeited and no refunds or credits will be given for part-used vouchers. Vouchers purchased on a discounted or promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted or promotional offer for stays, restaurants, The Spa or the Aqua Club. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable, except where required by law. Voucher extensions (for three or six months) may be purchased only while the voucher is still valid. Stay vouchers cannot be extended. The Headland reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Voucher must be presented at The Headland Hotel, Cottages & Spa at the time of booking and during the Redemption Period. The voucher must be valid on the day of booking. Failure to present the voucher within this period renders the Voucher null and void, with no entitlement to a refund, reissuance, or extension, regardless of the reason for non-redemption. The Headland gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at Ugly Butterfly by Adam Handling. The Headland cannot accept Ugly Butterfly or Adam Handling gift vouchers as a method of payment for any of The Headland’s services.
